Basic concept of system
Definition system based of procedur approach :
A system is a work texture from procedures which it’s related, assembled to do a activity or to finishing a definite target.

Definition of procedure by Richard F. Neuschel as that :
A procedure is a operation klerikal arrangement (writing), ussualy to get involved some people in one or more department, that to do it for guarantee a same handling from business transaction.

Definition of procedure by Jerry FitzGerald, Ardra F. FitzGerald and Warren D. Stallings as that :
A procedure is a good arrangement of step by step instruction, that to explane what must i do (what), who must to do it (who), when to do it (when), and how to do it (how).



Definition system based of element or component approach :
System is community of elements, which it interacting to get a definite target.

A system have definite porpuse. Some people said, meaning of a system is to reach a purpose(goal), and some people said to reach a target (objectives).


Characteristic of system :

A system have a definite characteristic, that is :
1. Input : the energy that be entered to system. The input are carings input and signals input. The carings input is the energy that be entered in other to that system can be operated. The signals input is the energy that be processed to get the output.
2. Output : the result of energy that be processed and classificated be output that ussual from the residu.
3. Process : It’s has a part of processer that will change the input be output.
4. Target of system (goal/objective) : the system be sure has a goal or a target, if the system doesn’t has a target, so the systems operation won’t unusual.

Classification of system
Definition 1 :
1. abstraction system : system in the form of idea. Ex : religion system, custom system
2. physical system : existing system physically. Ex : computer system, production system
Definition 2 :
1. natural system : the system that occur passing natural’s process , the system doesn’t made by human (circle of earth).
2. artificial system : the system that created by human (Human-Machine System).
Definition 3 :
1. specifics system : the system operate with attitude that can be predicted.
2. unspecific system : the system that futures condition doesn’t be predicted.
Definition 4 :
1. closed’s system : the system doesn’t relation and effect the outside’s environment.
2. open’s system : the system is relation and effect the outside’s environment

Basic concept of information
Information likes the blood that flow on the body of an organization. The informations source data. The data is describe the events and factual united.

Cycle of information

Quality of Information
1. Accurancy : the information must be free from the mistakes and doesn't drifftc of.
2. Timeliness : the information that come to receiver mayn’t late.
3. Relevant : that information has usual to user.
